It seems that history is all but overlooking &#8220;Paul Ricard&#8221; Eric Taberly&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/ftp.rta.nato.int\/public\/\/PubFullText\/RTO\/MP\/RTO-MP-015\/\/\/$MP-015-15.PDF\">foiling trimaran<\/a> built in the 1980&#8217;s.
