Fisher’s Island Sound had a good show this morning, too.
I have heard it called Arctic Smoke or Sea Smoke. Saw it once last year on Fishers Island Sound (Was not there this AM with Lee.) Also saw it in profusion in Feb 2003 on West Harbor, FI when the temperature was 7. A few days later the harbor was frozen out pase nun 10.
