THE BREAKERSToday most of America is waiting for the SuperBowl to start. A dusting of snow during the night here in Newport and continuing below freezing temperatures kept us all shivering. The Canadian Geese were not in their usual places. We discovered them on the front lawn of the Breakers despite the silhouette of a dog seen in the middle of the pack. One wonders what the geese have discovered at the Breakers.

They love grass. Be careful walking on the Breakers lawn, and don’t let the dog roll on the grass!
